Hello!

Is there any reason why you can't choose the Catholic Church as your organisation in the character creator? Just a thought...

Well, first off, because it is an organization in SoE. The Church maintains, actually, two orgs. One is a kind of inquisitional order hunting down those that practice magic while they themselves use magic. The other is more an order of monks who study magic to better serve God and the Church. They take their oaths to God much more serious than their oaths to the Church.

So, yeah, there is a lot of controversial stuff in Shades. ;)

That's why I wanted to select it for my characters in CharGen, but the drop-down box doesn't seem to include "Catholic Church"...
